Conrad Garden Club
The Garden Club civic beautification projects include planting at the Fire Hall, improving our native wildflower garden, and planting a tree for Arbor Day.
We donate books/videos to the Conrad Public Library, make a Christmas centerpiece and corsages for the Christmas Extended Care Christmas Tea, and an arrangement for the Open House for National Library Week.
We sponsor Junior Gardeners, host a bi-annual flower show and participate in the fairs. The club also holds several fund raising events a year.
The Conrad Garden Club's monthly meetings include lunch, a special botanical plant-of-the-month, and a fun roll call relating to the program.
We meet on a Saturday every month and visitors are always welcome.
Please call Tracy Peterman, President [271-2584] for more information. Membership is open year round.
